shipping policy

Our aim is to get you wearing your hat as quickly as we can! 

  • Our standard handling time is 2 business days and shipping time is in addition to this. 

  • During special promotions, peak periods or public holidays, this might be exceeded.

  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Victoria.

If your order has been processed by our warehouse team it is not possible to change or cancel the order - they work pretty quickly so please reach out ASAP if you want to update your order! Once your order has shipped we are unable to change the address or intercept the order.

return and exchange policy

We offer a returns period of 30 days.

You are welcome to return your items for store credit as we do not refund for change of mind. Store credits are valid for 12 months.​

  • Within 30 days of purchase date.

  • 100% original condition: unworn, not marked, free from fake tan/makeup.

  • Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.

If you have received a faulty item please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible at and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you are seeing. If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item for a refund, store credit or direct replacement. 

Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
